Drawing Community 3 weeks agoFull Screen on phone
Hi, I wanted to ask if any one has the same problem too. I use my phone for the course but I can’t watch the video on fullscreen with my phone vertically laying. I hope someone can help me.

Do any of you face the same problem when watching the course on your phone? If someone has experienced this and found a solution, please share it here so I can help. 👍

Drawing Community 3 weeks agoDarks
I seem to really struggle getting depth in my drawings, Im using the right paper, right pencils, even been trying 9b or black pencil for darkest areas, but it just fades away?
Tried all the the different shading methods with no success.
Same with the graphite powders it never seems to lay down dark or stick to the spots i want it too

Hey Christine! Getting rich darks in graphite usually comes down to layering and the tooth of the paper, not just using softer pencils. Even a 9B won’t get darker if the paper’s tooth is already filled that’s when graphite starts to look shiny or seems to fade. Try building your values gradually in light layers, for example working from HB →… Read more

Nice progress Martin 😊
The face structure and the eyes are working really well. You captured a nice expression. Drawing the leaves on the face can definitely be tricky, so don’t worry.
Try lightly sketching the leaf shapes first and then slowly build the shading around them. That will help them sit more naturally on the skin.
You’re improving.… Read more2- View 1 reply

Nice Larry! I am still doing mine and shall post it soon too. Neat work

This is on another level 🙌🔥
Your forms are clean, your shading is controlled, and the depth in that landscape is really working. This is not beginner energy anymore. You’re building serious foundations. Keep going like this and watch how fast you grow.1- View 1 reply

Me encanta esa mentalidad 😊
Sigue avanzando paso a paso. Lo estás haciendo muy bien 🙌🔥1- View 1 reply
