A little update from me. Ali already knew about my situation but i dont remember if I told you guys.
Currently I’m in chemotherapy for breastcancer. I still have a long road to go and its hard. Most of the times I’m to tired for drawing. I try to finish up some pieces but the amount of details wear me out.

This is really coming along 🙌
Your depth is working beautifully. The darker trees in front and lighter ones in the back create a nice sense of space. That’s a big win. Just separate your values a bit more. Lighten the mountains slightly or darken the front trees to boost contrast.

For a first light and shadow experiment, this is solid. You’re clearly thinking about form, not just copying shapes. That’s a big step. Just deepen those contact shadows a little more and everything will feel more grounded.
You’re moving in the right direction. Keep showing up like this 🔥
