That usually comes down to too much pigment already on the paper, not pressure 👍

A few things to try:
• Stop brushing a little earlier and leave the surface slightly grainy
• Use the Mono Zero only on *cleaner* areas, it struggles once the paper is saturated

Very nice drawing. I especially like the little bumble bee, eyeballing the furry animal. There is a lot of interesting details in your drawing that kind of go unnoticed. I think that stronger contrasting values in the overall drawing would create amazing viewing interest.
