I’ve just joined the course and I’m hoping to learn a lot. I only started drawing last month and I’m really enjoying it. This is my second attempt at drawing an eye, and the learning material is excellent on youtube cant wait to see whats in the course. I’ll be starting the course soon.

Drawing Community 3 weeks agojust finished my Owl in Pastels. The pastels were not to bad with this Black Pad. With pastels I like to use Pastel mat, but I did not have a black one also it is very expensive,

Your speed combined with your skill is really impressive. The contrast on the black paper works beautifully, and the eyes have great intensity 👍

For your first drawing after more than five years, this is impressive. The eye shape is clean, the iris has depth, and the eyelashes have a nice natural flow. You clearly didn’t lose your touch 👍

De vorm is duidelijk en de vorm van het handvat is heel mooi waargenomen.

I have really surprised myself I cant believe how good it is. I started drawing a couple of months ago using a beginners drawing book I purchased from Amazon. Parts I didn’t know which order to go so looking forward to seeing the EYE drawings after I have completed the course and know the correct steps 🙂 let me know what you all think

Amazing Caroline! The eye structure is clear, the iris has depth, and the lashes already show confidence. You can clearly see that you’ve been observing and trying to understand, not just copying 👍
