Read the rules and conditions for using AHR Studios platform.

Welcome to AHR Studios. By accessing or using our websites (ahrstudios.com and courses.ahrstudios.com) or any related services, including our online courses and AHR Studios Membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you and AHR Studios.
1. Eligibility
Our services are open to anyone who wishes to learn drawing. There are no age restrictions beyond those required by applicable local laws. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access online educational content in your country of residence.
2. Accounts and Access
You may be required to create an account to access certain parts of our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account access is strictly prohibited.
3. Use of Content
All videos, tutorials, and lessons are for personal use only.
Downloading, copying, or redistributing video lessons is not allowed.
PDF guides, checklists, and other materials labeled as “downloadable resources” may be saved for your own non-commercial, personal use.
You may not reproduce, share, or publicly display our content without written permission from AHR Studios.
4. Payments
Payments for courses and memberships are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (our merchant of record) and processed via Stripe.
AHR Studios does not store or process your payment card details directly.
Lemon Squeezy may have its own billing, taxes, and processing policies. By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the platform handling your transaction.
5. Refunds
Courses: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for course purchases.
Memberships: Due to the immediate access provided to all content upon joining, AHR Studios Membership payments are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with others.
Resell, redistribute, or copy our video content.
Upload or publish our tutorials elsewhere (including YouTube, social media, or other platforms).
Misuse our services in any way that violates applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
All lessons and tutorials are provided for educational purposes only.
We are not liable for any physical, mental, or financial harm resulting from the use or misuse of our content (for example, hand strain from excessive drawing practice).
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as professional recognition, income, or artistic success) from taking our courses or joining the Membership.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms of Service.
You engage in piracy, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international standards. However, in the event of disputes, the laws of Pakistan will apply.
10. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via our website or by email. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
