Cannot find my purchased course
Go to My Courses. If the course is not there, log out and log in again. If you paid with a coupon, wait two to five minutes and refresh. Still stuck. Send us a message from the card above.
Password reset link not working
Use the Password Reset link above. If you never receive the email, check spam. If you use Apple private relay or a masked email, try a normal address. Still no luck. message support.
Video will not play or buffers a lot
Refresh once and try a different browser tab. If you are on mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi. If the issue only happens on one lesson, share the exact lesson link in your message so we can check the stream.
Certificate not unlocking
Make sure every lesson is marked complete and the quiz is passed where required. Then refresh the course page. If it still does not appear, message support with your course name.
Are lessons downloadable?
No, lessons are streaming-only for security, but you can re-watch them anytime as long as you’re enrolled.
Billing or coupon issue
Share your order email and the coupon you tried. If it is urgent, use both message and email so we can verify faster.
