Ik dacht dat het niet zou lukken om mijn hond te tekenen dus deed ik een poging op het verkeerde papier waardoor hij er niet echt uitsprong, dus wat schetst mijn verbazing, ik denk dat hij helemaal niet slecht gelukt is daarom heb ik hem uitgeknipt en op een zwarte ondergrond geplakt
Volgende keer waag ik het nog een keer op…

Wat een mooie verrassing dit resultaat 😄
Eerlijk, hij is echt goed gelukt. De vacht leest heel mooi en zacht, en door de zwarte achtergrond komt hij juist extra sterk naar voren. Soms leiden “verkeerde” keuzes ons toevallig naar iets heel goeds.

Drew this in 2024 at age 19 — graphite + charcoal on paper.
A hyper-realistic study of light, texture, and depth, focusing on the emotion and intensity within the human eye. Tried to make it feel alive through contrast and fine detailing.
