We want you to feel confident when enrolling in our courses or joining AHR Studios. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through our websites (ahrstudios.com and courses.ahrstudios.com).

1. Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any digital product or subscription purchased through our website.

If a refund is requested within this 14-day period, it will be processed in full. After 14 days, all purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account’s Billing & Membership section.

Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund outside of the 14-day refund window.

3. Technical or Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced duplicate billing, or encountered a technical issue during checkout, please contact us at help.ahrstudios@gmail.com with your order details.

We will review the issue promptly and take appropriate action.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name

• The email address used at checkout

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your original payment method.
